THINGS BREAK AND BEND

When the gods and goddesses created this world, they created it to prosper. They wanted the creatures they had made to have a wonderous life and take everything the gods and goddesses gave them for advantage, because unlike some other worlds that the gods and goddesses had seen in the past, this world was different. The people here were different.

Unfortunately, that's not how everything turned out. The gods and goddesses were wrong about the people below that they created. Just a few years after this world was created, the Fair Folk and the Humans were joined in war, the Lycans and the Vampires created a hatred that would last for millions of generations to come. The People Below's hearts turned black and the world turned to ice. There was nothing the gods or goddesses could do to help the humans that had caused this, for everyone now wanted power. They wanted to control the People of the Land Above: the gods and goddesses.

The People of the Land Above turned their backs and eyes on the People of the Land Below. They sent some of their own, Demigods, to watch over their people, their hearts not really leaving their creations. They loved what they had made, but what they had made was turning evil. The Demigods were now in charge of protecting the People of the Land Below. Two kingdoms started to rise: The City of Corvale and Esterock. One kingdom of a pure heart and one of a heart of black. These two kingdoms are going to clash; one will try to protect the gods and goddesses, and one will try to destroy them and take over their powers. Those with the white hearts and those with the black hearts will clash, and the gods can't stop it.
